Purpose and Scope:

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
-Coordinate and schedule loads.
-Communicate daily with drivers on schedules for pick-ups and deliveries.
-Prioritize loads for the most efficient and cost effective solution for customers.
-Track shipments for customers.
-Resolve issues with pick-ups and deliveries.
-Inform and stay in constant communication with Customer Service Rep to resolve issues that may arise.
-Perform other duties as assigned including back-up for other employees.

Qualifications:
-Prior intermodal dispatch experience required.
-Strong decision making and prioritizing skills required.

Terminal Manager - Truckload

Purpose and Scope:
A Terminal Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations at an ASF - Truckload Terminal. The Terminal Manager will lead and coach the entire truckload team at the terminal, which could include (depending on terminal size) Fleet Managers, CSRs, Drivers, and administrative support.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

A Terminal Manager has a wide variety responsibilities, but in summary they must ensure their terminal and staff is executing the following essential functions:
• Working with safety to reduce accident frequency and maintain a high level of DOT compliance
• Building strong relationship with our drivers and minimizing driver turnover
• Maximizing driver productivity and overall revenue
• Providing premium, on-time service to our customers
• Managing trailer utilization and maintaining required trailer pools

From a coaching and leadership standpoint, a Terminal Manager is responsible for the following:
• Actively participate in driver recruiting and drive overall growth & development of the driver fleet.
• Interview, hire, and develop talent within the operational roles.
• Coach employees, reward employees, and drive accountability throughout the terminal.
• Provide the operational team and drivers with the resources they need to be successful in their roles.
• Always maintain a clean, organized, and professional terminal facility.

Qualifications:
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with drivers, internal employees and external customers (verbal and written).
• Must be proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.
• A minimum of 5 years in the transportation industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with transportation operating systems is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.

Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for managing the day to day operations of an intermodal transportation terminal. Position supervises two to five employees.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Oversee the incoming orders.
• Ensure terminal is meeting the expectations of customers in terms of pick-ups and deliveries.
• Work with Customer Service Rep and Dispatcher on problems and unresolved issues.
• Evaluate and recruit drivers
• Ensure that shipments and documentation are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all verbal and written customer requests for rates or other information
• Maintain accurate records and files as required.
• Produce reports as may be requested by upper management.
• Stay abreast of market conditions and changes in both shipping and commodity markets.
• Supervise the work of terminal employees and conduct performance appraisals including performance development plans for each employee.
• Perform other assignment/projects as requested by VP of Operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of prior drayage/intermodal experience
• Experience working in the Charlotte area required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Close out loads daily in PCS for Contractors settlements and proper billing info.
• Follow up with contract drivers for timely paperwork scanning and proper documentation.
• Review and ensure sure each load has required information/documentation before closing it out.
• Communicate with terminal personnel to make sure all customer documentation and chassis info is correct.
• Communicate with corporate billing on any loads that can't be billed due to improper or miscommunicated information and documentation.
• Add notes to each load for clean billing and scanning documentation for quicker billing and cash flow.
• Process settlements for contract drivers - prelims and finals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Terminal Manager.

Qualifications:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the financial reporting, assisting with month end close processes, cost analysis, and other accounting tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Full GL accounting duties, including research, analysis, reconciliation, journal entry, transaction entry, and statement preparation.
Complete certain account reconciliations including research and resolution of outstanding items.
Support or participate on special projects.
Participates in all required staff meetings and trainings.
Completes special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
